Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Operations Manager to oversee account billing status, resolve inconsistencies and errors, analyze billing documents and data for accuracy and completeness.

About the Role

You will be responsible for generating invoices, reviewing credits and refunds, and evaluating the billing process to recommend improvements. Collaboration with internal departments is essential for timely handling and resolution of cases. Additionally, you will support our sales team in an operational capacity to close sales and generate quotes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Billing Status Management: Oversee account billing status by resolving inconsistencies and errors.
  • Billing Document Analysis: Analyze billing documents and data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Invoice Generation: Create and customize invoices as needed.
  • Credit and Refund Review: Review and validate credits and refunds.
  • Billing Process Evaluation: Evaluate the billing process and recommend improvements.

Requirements

We require candidates with 1-2 years of experience in a billing or related role. You must be an independent self-starter who can adapt to a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with high attention to detail and proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
