Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Executive to join our team at ChatPandas. As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support.

  1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner is essential for this role.
  2. You will provide product and service information to customers, identifying their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  3. Resolving customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy is vital to maintaining a positive customer experience.
  4. Efficiently identify and resolve customer problems or concerns, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  5. Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements:

  1. This is an onsite job requiring a high level of dedication and commitment.
  2. 9 hours a day work time with 6 days a week ensures our customers receive consistent support.
  3. Night Shifts may be required to accommodate our global client base.

Location:

  1. GITMIT Co-Working Space, Gulberg 3 provides a productive and collaborative environment.

Education:

  1. A High school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional education being a plus for this role.

Experience:

  1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field is necessary to succeed in this position.
  2. Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage a high volume of customer inquiries is essential.
  3. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are required to effectively interact with customers.
  4. Basic English conversational skills are mandatory for this role.
  5. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools is also necessary.
