We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Executive to join our team at ChatPandas. As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support.
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner is essential for this role.
- You will provide product and service information to customers, identifying their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy is vital to maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Efficiently identify and resolve customer problems or concerns, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements:
- This is an onsite job requiring a high level of dedication and commitment.
- 9 hours a day work time with 6 days a week ensures our customers receive consistent support.
- Night Shifts may be required to accommodate our global client base.
Location:
- GITMIT Co-Working Space, Gulberg 3 provides a productive and collaborative environment.
Education:
- A High school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional education being a plus for this role.
Experience:
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field is necessary to succeed in this position.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage a high volume of customer inquiries is essential.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are required to effectively interact with customers.
- Basic English conversational skills are mandatory for this role.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools is also necessary.
