Job Title

The role of a Territory Manager is to oversee and manage a given territory, ensuring consistent delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Secondary Sales Targets. This position involves managing distributor field forces and implementing company policies.

  • Delivery of Secondary Targets, KPIs & On-ground discipline via managing DSRs
  • Tracking & In-field coaching of DSRs
  • Execution of Brand & Channel Plans
  • IMS Operations & Market Vigilance
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent analytical and decision-making skills. They should also possess strong communication and team-working skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Organisational skills, commercial awareness, and creative skills are essential for this role. The candidate must also be able to compile and analyse spreadsheets, demonstrating numerical skills.
