Mergers and Acquisitions Leader
Job Summary:As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth initiatives for our organization. You will lead end-to-end mergers and acquisitions transactions, conduct thorough market research, and develop an M&A framework to support our business ambitions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Lead end-to-end M&A transactions including assessment, business cases, valuation work, deal structuring, due diligence, negotiations, contractual arrangements, regulatory approvals, and related matters
- Develop an M&A framework and guiding principles to implement our business ambitions
- Closely liaise with finance, treasury, tax, legal, and external teams regarding projects
- Manage multiple projects and valuation work in parallel
- 8-10 years of experience preferably in telecoms, fintech, software, or digital roles
- Proven expertise in assessing and closing M&A and JV deals and transactions
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and willingness to take calculated risks
- Proven track record of driving strategic growth initiatives ideally within the technology sector
- Well-versed with technology tools
