About this Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Operations and Strategy Manager to join our team at HR POD - Hiring Talent Globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing sales data, creating and generating sales reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and Optimize Sales Data: Ensure accuracy and integrity of sales data by collecting, validating, and analyzing it.
  • Create and Generate Sales Reports: Develop and distribute sales reports to stakeholders, analyzing sales performance metrics and providing insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with finance, marketing, and product teams to gather and analyze data for revenue forecasting and budgeting purposes.
  • Develop and Implement Sales Goals and Quotas: Align sales goals and quotas with overall business objectives and strategies.
  • Oversee and Manage Sales Technology Stack: Ensure optimal utilization and effectiveness of CRM, sales automation, and other sales tools.
  • Administer and Manage Compensation Plans: Develop and manage team compensation plans, including commission structures, bonuses, and incentives.
  • Identify Process Gaps and Inefficiencies: Implement process improvements to streamline sales processes and increase sales productivity.
  • Provide Training and Support: Train and support the sales team on sales processes, tools, and systems.
Requirements
  • 8 Years of Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Business Development in the IT Industry.
  • Proven Experience in Sales Operations: Proven experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM Systems: Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools like Hubspot or Salesforce.
  • Strong Analytical and Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex information to different audiences.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
