Rural Sales Operations Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage rural project day-to-day operations, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data in SnD BI to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Present sales and relevant data to the HO team, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Track sales performance and provide analysis to RSRs, AMs, and ZMs through SnD BI.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by ZM/AM Rural/ZOM, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Enter vehicle expenses into the FMS system, maintaining accurate records.
  • Follow up with RSRs to ensure target achievements and provide support as needed.
  • Prepare AMs and RSRs incentives, ensuring fairness and transparency.
  • Develop sales meeting presentations, showcasing key sales data and insights.
  • Record and maintain rural sales vehicles documentation, ensuring compliance.
  • Process sales commission and debit notes for audit purposes.
  • Prepare salary working documents for People HR, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with SnD HODs to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Split RSRs targets by brand and SKU, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from a HEC recognized university.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in FMCG, preferably in sales and operations.
