About the Role

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. is seeking a Liability Product Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving and managing the execution of sales strategy and customer acquisition process to meet and exceed portfolio growth and cross-sell targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business planning, retail banking, and customer behavior, with excellent presentation and leadership skills. He or she will be able to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and possess a good understanding of liabilities products and their workability.

The selected candidate will also have experience in identifying clients' financial needs and providing need-based solutions, as well as outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. He or she will be self-motivated and have the ability to establish and maintain good relationships with key potential clients and develop these into successful ongoing business relationships.

Key responsibilities will include achieving fairly priced deposits to support liability growth, expanding revenue by marketing new products and services to existing and new clients, and ensuring overall assigned portfolio targets are met. The selected candidate will also continuously benchmark competition and track market developments.
