About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Representative to join our team. As a Client Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to MOSAIC clients, troubleshooting complex problems, and collaborating with the MOSAIC Client Services Team to provide seamless support.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch support to MOSAIC clients, addressing their queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex problems related to software functionality and workflows.
  • Work closely with the MOSAIC Client Services Team to provide seamless support to clients worldwide.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to help clients optimize their software utilization.
  • Document client feedback and enhancement requests to improve MOSAIC functionality.
  • Conduct software testing to ensure accurate results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Technical Certification in a relevant field (Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Accounting).
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical support, software support, or petroleum industry-related role or comparable relevant experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and documentation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve client issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction and troubleshooting is a plus.
