Industrial Relations Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to maintain industrial peace within the organization.
The key responsibilities for this position include:
- Maintaining harmony and cooperation among employees and management.
- Planning and executing employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations activities.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements under industrial relations ordinances, factory acts, and various labor laws.
- Providing guidance on labor laws, policies, and practices to management and collective bargaining agreements (CBAs).
- Fostering positive relationships with employees, management, and labor unions.
- Investigating employee misconduct or violations of company policies.
- Communicating company policies, regulations, and procedures to employees.
Required qualifications for this position include an MBA or MPA degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience or MPA with at least 8 years of relevant experience. Specialization in human resources is preferred.
In addition to your qualifications, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
