HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate is a passionate HR specialist with a strong understanding of technical recruitment and a proven track record of success in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top technical talent.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with hiring managers to understand their technical hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for technical positions across various departments, utilizing a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.

You will conduct technical screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and experience, and manage the entire recruitment process from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Additionally, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing regular updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.

This role requires a deep understanding of HRM principles and best practices, as well as proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR Management Systems (HRMS), and other HR technology tools. Experience with project management tools like Jira is a plus.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or a similar role, with a strong focus on technical recruitment
  • Familiarity with various technical stacks and technologies
  • Passion for creating a positive and engaging employee experience

Skill Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of HRM principles and best practices
  • Proven experience in technical recruitment and a strong understanding of technical roles and skills
  • Proficiency in using ATS, HRMS, and other HR technology tools
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira
  • Expertise in conducting technical evaluations, including technical screening and assessment methods
  • Strong skills in talent sourcing, including Boolean search and headhunting techniques
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) are highly desirable
