Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources Generalist to spearhead our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate is a seasoned HR professional with a strong understanding of technical recruitment and a proven track record of success in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top technical talent. You are a proactive problem solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of HRM principles and best practices. They will be proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR Management Systems (HRMS), and other HR technology tools. Experience with project management tools such as Jira is a plus.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates for technical positions across various departments. You will utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.

Key aspects of this role include conducting technical screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and experience. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Strong skills in talent sourcing, including Boolean search and headhunting techniques, are essential.
