Job Title

The Role:

It is a senior-level position within the organization. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Human Resources and be responsible for handling the process of sourcing, attracting, recruiting, interviewing and on-boarding employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization by leveraging professional networks, job boards, social media platforms and other recruitment channels.
  2. Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers, ensuring timely completion and minimal delays.
  3. Work closely with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts, developing strategies to enhance the employer brand and attract top talent.
  4. Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies, including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, and talent planning.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with recruitment software and tools.
