
Sales Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to drive business growth and ensure sustainable revenue expansion.
- Pursue and close business opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle from start to finish.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers, architects, and consultants.
Create bids and participate in public tenders, deliver sales presentations, and product demonstrations. Negotiate contracts and finalize deals, overseeing ongoing projects operationally.
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, analyze market trends and competitor activity, develop and manage sales forecasts. Ensure customer satisfaction and address issues promptly.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, project management, and technical knowledge. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with valid Professional Engineer (PEC) registration is required. Sales-related certifications are advantageous.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in selling electronic/electro-mechanical products is necessary. A three-month probationary period is included, with confirmation based on evaluation results.
The remuneration package will be finalized based on experience and qualifications. The commencement date is immediate.
