Human Resources Leadership Role

This key position is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management using SAP and other systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and track training and development needs; maintain an annual training calendar.
  • Assist in drafting and updating job descriptions and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with HR policies and standards.
  • Prepare and manage HR reports and data dashboards for strategic planning and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Handle additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements:

  • Masters in Business Administration in Human Resource from a recognized university.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the Human Resource Department.

Key Skills:

  • Proficient in data management and MS Office, with hands-on experience in SAP considered an advantage.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to coordinate tasks efficiently.
