Key responsibilities include developing and implementing an overall HR strategy, leading effective workforce planning and resourcing, recruiting and providing support for training/development activities across the organization. Key tasks also involve maintaining a resourceful resume database, conducting orientation sessions for new employees, supervising contract and probation completion cases of employees, maintaining and developing HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance.

Core Responsibilities:
  1. Recruit, interview, test, and select employees to fill vacant positions performing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  2. Maintain and build a resourceful resume data bank.
  3. Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
  4. Supervise the contract and probation completion cases of the employees.
  5. Maintain and develop HR policies procedures and implement ensuring compliance contributing to the development of corporate HR policies management of HR operations.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office applications with strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills along with the ability to multitask. An MBA in HR with over 4 years of relevant experience is preferred.
