Human Resources Manager

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned HR professional with exceptional leadership skills to spearhead key areas of human resources operations and processes.

  • Develop, implement and monitor HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy to drive organizational growth and success.
  • Maintain effective communication between management and employees by addressing concerns, grievances or other issues through open dialogue and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure best fit candidates are hired for key roles within the organization.
  • Foster a positive working environment through employee engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital, resulting in increased job satisfaction and productivity.
  • Design, monitor and optimize HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization to maximize efficiency and minimize risk.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and industry standards throughout human resource management to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Key qualifications include: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field; 6-10 years experience in HR management; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
