As a strategic partner to logistics teams, you will leverage people analytics and industry best practices to drive business success.
- Stay informed about the business unit's performance and suggest ways to improve efficiency by analyzing teams, structure, and processes.
- Collaborate with leadership and teams to foster positive relationships, boost morale/culture, and increase productivity and retention.
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to enhance performance, retention, and employee experience.
- Present data & analytics in a way that provides meaningful insights.
- Offer guidance on HR policies and advise employees throughout their career lifecycle.
- Ensure seamless execution of all People Practice programs and processes.
- Stay updated with the latest HR best practices and implement innovative programs to create thought leadership.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve engagement, including building morale, increasing productivity, and boosting retention.
- Monitor the effectiveness of HR Programs through key performance indicators.
- Serve as a liaison with other HR COE teams to coordinate development of programs, systems, and processes.
- Provide full-cycle Human Resources support in both strategic and tactical capacities.
- Oversee HR Service Delivery via multiple Outsourced Vendors for their respective regions.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through effective investigations.
Required Skills / Abilities:
- At least 6 years of experience in Human Resource departments, preferably in Business Partnering roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (Master's degree preferred).
- HR certification is beneficial.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Employee Life Cycle, Labor Laws, and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
