
Strategic Account Manager

The Strategic Account Manager will play a pivotal role in one of the fastest growing SaaS start-ups, Humanity Inc. As a high-touch, rapport-building position, the ideal candidate will require strong communication skills, both written and verbal. The Strategic Account Manager will work with internal teams and directly with existing/new customers to develop renewals and expansion strategies, formulate ROI, reduce churn, and drive adoption of SaaS-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing unique outputs of data analytics to demonstrate the value Humanity Inc. brings to customers and their employees.
- Representing Humanity Inc. and its product suite, exceeding customer satisfaction objectives, and maintaining high levels of productivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelors and/or Masters Degree.
- 3-5+ years of customer success / sales / account management / relevant experience.
- Passionate about building customer relationships and experiencing driving adoption of SaaS-based solutions.
