Customer Success Happiness Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Success Happiness Analyst to join our team.

Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Provide outstanding support to clients via chat, email, and virtual calls, demonstrating active listening and empathy.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) for response time, average handling time, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
  • Analyze customer issues, investigate queries, and report findings to the development team to drive improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent German and English language skills to communicate effectively with customers worldwide.
  • Experience in customer success or a similar field.
  • A strong understanding of SaaS or tech companies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including empathy and adaptability.
