
Global Business Development Strategist

About the Role:
The Regional Lead plays a vital role in supporting market development and go-to-market efforts of Risk Solutions. Their key responsibilities include:
- Market Understanding - Develop a comprehensive view of the customer ecosystem across industry, use cases, and personas. Identify market needs, size opportunities, assess competitors, and continuously monitor trends, customer feedback, and regulatory developments.
- Product Strategy Enablement - Provide competitive insights to support the product strategy and development process. Share market intelligence with the product team, distill client feedback, and inform pricing decisions for risk solutions products and services.
- Commercial Enablement - Collaborate with commercial teams to develop strategies driving revenue targets. Ensure field readiness for pre-and post-sales activities, working with education and product specialist teams. Monitor pipeline development and progress.
- Marketing Enablement - Work with marketing teams to create brand awareness campaigns, design content strategies, and execute commercially-oriented event plans. Foster alignment between commercial, marketing, and product teams.
The Regional Lead acts as a cross-functional hub, ensuring front-to-back alignment on marketing and product initiatives. They define and execute market and business strategies to drive growth.

- Proven experience in identifying market opportunities, driving business growth, building business cases, and managing products.
- Expertise in developing global Go-To-Market plans for B2B and SaaS businesses.
- Strong project management, organizational, analytical, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
