Customer Support Representative Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers via phone and email, responding to their inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner, and troubleshooting technical issues with our services. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for documenting and tracking customer interactions and issues as per company policies, gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with other departments within the organization to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and technical support skills, excellent English communication and problem-solving abilities, and a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Experience with software like SAP and CRM is a plus, but not required. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed about new products and services.
