About This Role

As a key partner, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with clients and agency partners. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and managing their needs to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Development: Develop relationships, understand client objectives, act as the main point of contact, and conduct meetings to review campaign performance and recommendations.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities, pitch services to clients/partners, develop strategic proposals, negotiate contracts/pricing, and ensure profitability.
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee campaign execution, coordinate internal teams, monitor performance, provide insights for optimization, and address issues to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients and agency partners to develop strategic marketing plans aligned with their business goals.
  • Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic guidance and insights to clients, leveraging industry knowledge and best practices.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies to offer innovative solutions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in a media agency, PR, or integrated marketing agency role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Business Acumen: Proven track record in client management, business development, and revenue growth.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Digital Marketing: Familiarity with digital media, influencer marketing, and the agency ecosystem.
  • Marketing Automation: Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
