Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Optimization Specialist to join our team. This role involves designing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement at various stages of the buyer lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lifecycle Strategy Development: Develop and refine buyer lifecycle strategies to optimize acquisition, retention, and advocacy.
  2. Cohort Analysis & Segmentation: Perform cohort analysis to identify trends and segment opportunities, refining lifecycle strategies and improving customer engagement.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned strategies and an integrated approach to enhancing the customer experience.
  4. Lifecycle Campaign Management: Develop and manage campaigns targeting specific stages in the customer journey, ensuring personalization and optimization for retention and advocacy.
  5. Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer behavior, retention, lifetime value, and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Experience, Buyer Lifecycle Management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong experience in cohort analysis and customer segmentation techniques.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute lifecycle campaigns that enhance engagement and retention.
  • Excellent communication skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
