Job Description

Talent Unlimited is hiring a Customer Experience Optimization Lead to enhance mobile banking app interfaces for an intuitive user experience.

The successful applicant will work closely with digital teams to refine customer journeys, ensure clear and effective messaging across all customer touchpoints, leverage data to improve CX and address customer pain points, and coordinate and analyze user testing with third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • UI/UX Optimization: Enhance mobile banking app interfaces for an intuitive user experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with digital teams to refine customer journeys.
  • Customer Communication: Ensure clear and effective messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Voice of Customer (VoC) Insights: Leverage data to improve CX and address customer pain points.
  • User Testing: Coordinate and analyze user testing with third-party vendors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in UI/UX design for mobile applications (preferably in banking/financial services).
  • Strong understanding of CX principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in English & Urdu.
  • Experience with user testing & research methods.
