This AI assistant will act as a virtual sales representative, navigating the website in real-time within the user's browser session, answering questions, and personalizing the experience based on interactions.

The responsibilities of the successful candidate include implementing business logic to improve user query handling, improving speech-to-text and text-to-speech pipelines using Deepgram/11Labs, working on automation of demo flow creation via browser automation using BrowserUse, developing personalization features for the agent, collaborating with the S-PRO team, and communicating technical progress with the CEO and CTO.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Python.
  • 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning & NLP.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI API or equivalent models).
  • Experience with STT & TTS technologies (Deepgram, 11Labs, Whisper, or similar).
  • Python development skills with FastAPI for backend services.
  • Experience with vector databases like Qdrant or FAISS.
  • Familiarity with browser automation frameworks.
  • Understanding of HTML and DOM—basics of frontend is a must.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
