We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven customer growth specialist to join our team. As a customer growth specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our product distribution and improve sales performance in your designated zone.

You will work closely with our sales teams, stockiest, and key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong relationships, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distribution Management:
    • Develop and execute strategies to increase distribution and sales.
    • Monitor and analyse sales data to inform business decisions.
  • In-store management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Market Updates:
    • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
  • Data-driven working and communication:
    • Use data to drive business decisions and track performance.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Developing and training:
    • Provide training and development opportunities to sales teams.
    • Mentor and coach sales teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Meetings:
    • Hold regular meetings with sales teams to discuss progress and set goals.
  • Reporting:
    • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and business activity.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum two years of work experience in FMCG companies.
    • Postgraduate degree in Business Administration is essential.
