As a regional sales executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our product distribution and implementing customer development strategies to achieve sales objectives for your designated zone.
Your responsibilities will include managing trade relationships, identifying new markets and opportunities, and developing strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Distribution Management:
- Establish and maintain effective trade relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase distribution and sales.
- Monitor and analyse sales data to inform business decisions.
- In-store management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Market Updates:
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
- Data-driven working and communication:
- Use data to drive business decisions and track performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Developing and training:
- Provide training and development opportunities to sales teams.
- Mentor and coach sales teams to achieve business objectives.
- Meetings:
- Hold regular meetings with sales teams to discuss progress and set goals.
- Reporting:
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and business activity.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Minimum two years of work experience in FMCG companies.
- Postgraduate degree in Business Administration is essential.
