The Account Executive role is a dynamic opportunity to develop new accounts and manage client relationships. A successful candidate will identify, build, and maintain a targeted database of high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and C-level executives to support our expansion plans in anticipation of major global events.
This is an in-person role located in Islamabad, where you will work closely with our team to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads across APAC & Middle East through prospecting and outreach strategies
- Build and maintain a targeted database of high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and C-level executives using research and organizational skills
- Qualify and engage prospects through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling, ensuring effective communication and relationship building
- Record and track sales activity and pipeline on HubSpot, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Nurture new and existing client relationships, providing exceptional service and support
- Act as a representative of the company and clients in delivering our exceptional products and services
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably with a strong hunter mentality and disciplined KPIs
- Prospecting and outreach experience: cold calling C-level executives, creating strategic marketing email campaigns, and utilizing research and organizational skills
- Exceptional listening and questioning skills: understanding emotional intelligence and tactical empathy to effectively communicate with clients and prospects
- Strong leadership skills: promoting from within and actively developing top performers into management roles
- Pipeline management ability: researching and organizing skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
