Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Donor Engagement Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in cultivating, stewarding and growing relationships with major donors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Donor Management
    • Design and implement tailored donor engagement strategies to ensure consistent communication and meaningful touchpoints.
    • Map donor journeys and ensure donors remain on a thoughtful, personalized engagement trajectory.
    • Liaise with frontline teams to align on donor servicing and implementation of engagement plans.
  • Donor Profiling and Analysis
    • Update donor profiles using CRM platforms, capturing philanthropic interests, engagement history, and future potential.
    • Analyse donor profiles and engagement data to generate insights and improve relationships through regular tracking.
  • Event Planning and Execution
    • Coordinate donor visits and events to deliver a high-quality experience.
Requirements

  • A degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing or communications.
  • Proven experience in donor engagement, relationship management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
