Our team is seeking a highly skilled leader to drive our global partnerships forward. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in engagement, fundraising, and partnership development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with top-tier donors, ambassadors, and stakeholders (25%);
  • Develop compelling funding proposals, grant applications, and manage grants from various sources (40%);
  • Identify and cultivate prospective major donors and build a robust pipeline of funding opportunities (15%);

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the mission and values of our organization and be committed to driving positive change in the community.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, advanced degree preferred;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of strong relationships and influence over stakeholders;
  • Strategic thinker with proven experience in team management and cross-departmental collaboration;
  • Willingness to travel and accommodate work across various time zones;

We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 10+ years of experience in the development sector, preferably in fundraising, partnership development, or related fields.
