Job Overview

We are seeking a technical professional to join our team, responsible for providing expert-level support and administration of Salesforce.com.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in user-facing technical support and application support roles, with a strong background in Salesforce.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing real-time support for issues related to Salesforce and integrated platforms.
  • Administering and supporting Salesforce.com, including user management, data import/update, bug investigations, and enhancements.
  • Managing end-user profile configurations, reporting, dashboards, and permissions.
  • Analyzing and prioritizing enhancement requests, implementing changes as needed.
  • Managing workload and projects, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Prior experience in a user-facing technical support or application support role.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience using and providing first-line support for Salesforce.
  • Salesforce Associate Certification is required.
  • Familiarity with standard user functions of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve user-reported application problems.
  • Proven ability to independently manage a ticket queue, set priorities, and handle multiple requests accurately and efficiently.
