Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support by promptly responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assisting customers in product selection and providing accurate information regarding pricing, availability, and specifications.
  • Processing and managing customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintaining customer database and updating customer records with accurate information.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations.

This position requires a strong understanding of the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry and excellent communication skills to effectively support customers.
