Job DescriptionAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support by promptly responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assisting customers in product selection and providing accurate information regarding pricing, availability, and specifications.
- Processing and managing customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintaining customer database and updating customer records with accurate information.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations.
This position requires a strong understanding of the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry and excellent communication skills to effectively support customers.
