Job Description:

This is a customer-facing role that involves delivering projects based on the scope of the Statement of Work (SOW) while providing 5-Star service to the client. The Senior Consultant works with the client on different enterprise-level projects based on Microsoft cloud and on-premises, virtualization, providing technical consulting, and offering advanced support for Microsoft technologies.

The role requires ensuring optimal infrastructure design, deployment, management, and troubleshooting as well as providing expert guidance and resolution for complex Microsoft-related issues across our client base.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer implementations and migrations in Microsoft cloud
  • Azure migration planning, tooling, and implementation
  • Migrating workloads of on-premise data centers to cloud (Azure/M365)
  • Creating and maintaining detailed documentation for system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and support guidelines
  • Device management, application deployment, co-management, and security policies in Intune
  • Configure and troubleshoot Windows Autopilot, device profiles, compliance policies, RBAC, and application deployment for multiple customers
  • Leading client-facing projects, ensuring timely delivery of technical solutions and services in alignment with customer requirements
  • Hybrid cloud solutions, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Office 365 integration

Requirements:

  • Minimum 9-10 years of experience in Microsoft Cloud, security stack, MDM, and related technologies
  • Solid experience with mobile operating systems (Windows, iOS, Android)
  • Solid understanding and experience of Azure migrations, M365 migrations, deployment of Microsoft Sentinel, defender, Intune, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
  • Fluent in English with clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external vendors
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • Certified in Microsoft is highly desirable
