Job Description:

  • As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for defining and devising a mission for the brand that aligns with the management vision.
  • You will plan the brand's growth in accordance with the established mission, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Your role will also involve defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for annual production units, revenue, profitability, and targets.
  • You will conduct competitor analysis and develop cross-strategies to gain a competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze product ranges and introduce new features in line with emerging trends and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new areas of business growth and expansion opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies for brand development and promotion.

Metrics and Analysis:

  • Monitor sales, marketing campaigns, and advertisement activities to measure their effectiveness.
  • Closely coordinate with sales, design, and production teams to analyze sales trends and customer feedback.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Oversee in-house production and define KPIs for the production team to ensure smooth supply of products to outlets.
  • Develop relationships with vendors to source high-quality products and optimize costs.
  • Plan and implement aesthetically appealing product displays to attract customers and enhance sales.
  • Analyze and incorporate new trends, materials, and display management techniques to continuously improve product offerings.
