We are seeking an Associate IT Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance to colleagues on site and remotely.

About the Role

The Associate IT Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware related incidents, providing 1st to 3rd level support to all IT systems and services, and working closely with the IT Service Desk.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computing or a similar discipline and at least 2-3 years of experience in IT support/infrastructure engineering.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computing or a similar discipline.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in IT support/infrastructure engineering.
  • Well-experienced, all-rounder IT support/infrastructure engineer with working knowledge of IAM, MDM, Office 365 or Google Apps, Slack, Zoom, Meraki WiFi, Apple Mac, Windows, VMWare, and Public/Private cloud technologies.
  • IT certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, ITIL.

Others

The Associate IT Engineer will also be responsible for implementing and assisting on the roll out of new applications and operating systems, preparing new laptops, installation & configuration of computer hardware operating systems and applications, and coordinating with the local supplier/procurement team for asset management/tagging and tracking.
