Executive Position for Business Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to assume the role of Executive Manager of Business Operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To implement and manage a shared Outlook calendar system, ensuring regular updates from team members.
  • To attend meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on deliverables, maintaining organized MOMs on the company server.
  • To organize and conduct weekly progress meetings with stakeholders.
  • To maintain and update technical documents and files in People I.
  • To coordinate meeting schedules for senior management across the group.
  • To arrange quarterly board meetings and AGMs, ensuring accurate maintenance of board resolutions and minute books.
  • To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including record-keeping and annual filings.
  • To handle office cash management and oversee special projects assigned by senior management.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent qualifications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with ATS software.
