Training Programs Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of our training programs. As a Training Programs Lead, you will be responsible for structuring and delivering training content to various teams within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in instructional design, adult learning theory, and training delivery methods. They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new joiners and existing employees.
  • Design and deliver training content using a variety of mediums, including classroom instruction, online courses, and on-the-job training.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Instructional Design or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in training and development.
  • Proven track record of success in instructional design and training delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
