Waada Digital is looking for an experienced and motivated Training Manager to lead the design and delivery of comprehensive training programs for sales, claims and the management team. The role will require assessing the unique needs of each group, developing targeted training materials, and facilitating sessions that enhance skills, knowledge, and performance. The Training Manager will also be responsible for creating training materials, tools, and evaluation systems to ensure training effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and update tailored training programs for the sales, claims and the management team.
- Collaborate with departmental leadership to identify training needs and align programs with business objectives.
- Ensure that training programs are scalable and align with long-term business strategies.
- Develop training modules on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service skills, and effective communication.
- Deliver sessions to improve management skills, enhance leadership capabilities, and support the growth of company leadership.
- Prepare training manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and other resources tailored to sales, claims and management teams.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, performance metrics, and post-training evaluations.
- Provide detailed reports to leadership on the impact of training initiatives.
Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in training, leadership development, or a similar role.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for simplifying complex concepts.
- Proficient in using Learning Management System and E-learning tools.
- Focused on enhancing agent productivity and policyholder satisfaction.
- Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and compliance regulations is preferrable.
- Adaptability to create hybrid, virtual, and in-person training modules - driving innovation in training.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging and impactful training programs.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on motivation and employee development.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail in assessing training needs and outcomes.
