We are seeking an Expansion Executive to join our team at KryptoMind LLC. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for expanding our client base by researching, identifying, and bidding on suitable projects on Upwork.
This role requires effective communication and negotiation skills to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will create customized proposals and pitches to showcase our services and expertise to potential clients.
Collaboration with the team is essential to ensure timely delivery of projects and exceed client expectations.
Maintaining a strong understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback is crucial for adapting strategies accordingly.
The successful candidate will stay up-to-date with Upwork policies and guidelines to ensure compliance in bidding processes.
Skills and Qualifications- A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience as an Expansion Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the Upwork platform and its bidding processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Ability to understand clients' needs and tailor proposals accordingly.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
