Human Resources Manager Role

We specialize in building and providing custom data-driven enterprise solutions using the latest technologies to address unique business challenges.

This position is seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. The successful candidate will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and work in compliance with local labor laws.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a competitive and diverse workforce.
  • Preparation of HR documents, including orders, staff lists, sick leave maintenance, timesheets, hiring documents etc.
  • Calculation of sick leaves, vacations, unpaid leaves, remuneration under contract.
  • Processing payroll payment orders.
  • Preparation of tax reports, other payroll & employee benefit reports.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs, develop, and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all HR matters.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of HR policies and procedures relating to the management of staff.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field (master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong grip on software tools used in HRM.
