About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Gorgias Technical Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide top-notch technical assistance to customers via various communication channels.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, be comfortable navigating CRMs like Gorgias, and have a strong foundation in written and spoken English communication.

You will work closely with global teammates in a fast-paced E-Commerce environment, analyzing data to identify opportunities for customer experience improvements and driving ticket resolution from start to finish.

  • Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support via Gorgias CRM (email, chat, and troubleshooting)
  • Analyze data to inform customer experience enhancements
  • Own ticket resolution end-to-end with accountability and urgency
  • Track backlogs and ensure all customer queries are resolved promptly
  • Deliver clear, quality-based communication that supports customer success

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in technical support or troubleshooting roles
  • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating CRMs like Gorgias
  • Highly motivated, intellectually curious, and resourceful
  • Experience in E-Commerce or SaaS support is a strong plus
