About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team at Veon Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to the company's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing Sales Strategies: Develops and implements sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
  • Mentoring Team Members: Provides guidance, support, and resolves issues faced by team members, ensuring their escalation to appropriate forums for improved efficiency.
  • Managing Distribution Networks: Establishes, develops, and maintains strong distribution and retail networks throughout the assigned region, adhering to company policies.
  • Collaborating with Stakeholders: Works closely with internal stakeholders like DFS Executives, Sales Operations/Planning Teams, Channel Planning, and Regional Technical Teams, as well as external stakeholders such as franchisee staff and retailers.
