Regional Sales Manager

The Area Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expansion within their assigned region. They work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve regional sales targets, fostering strong relationships with retailers and franchise owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the region's unique needs and challenges.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their performance and address any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial Planning and Regional Technical Teams, to devise and execute effective sales campaigns.
- Establish and maintain a robust distribution and retail network throughout the assigned region.
- Implement company policies and procedures related to routing of distribution officers for franchise business development.
- Oversee the management of franchise and retail channels, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Achieve monthly key performance indicator (KPI) targets, such as Postpaid Sales, Remittances, Cash in, MNP, Gross ads, Jazz Cash Wallets, and 4G penetration.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including DFS Executives, Sales Operations/Planning Teams, Channel Planning, and Regional Technical Teams, as well as external stakeholders like franchisee staff and retailers.
