As a key member of the QuiQia team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Job Description:
  • Collaborate with senior team members to identify and manage risks that impact business expansion.
  • Establish relationships with potential customers through targeted outreach efforts.
  • Maintain a database of prospective clients and source new business leads.
  • Generate appointments for Sales Managers and the Business Development team.
  • Understand client needs by communicating with existing and new clients.
  • Present services in a structured professional manner.
  • Nurture long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers via phone calls.
  • Cold call multiple potential clients, close sales, and work with clients throughout the closing process.
  • Work with sales and leadership teams to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales goals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Participate in sales goal planning, forecasting, and short-term and long-term business development plans with management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Innovate and oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
  • Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Offer solutions and support to clients by answering questions and making follow-up calls.
  • Draft various business reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Sales experience within the service sales industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Target-driven; focused on results.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and convincing power.
  • Experience in project management and sales aspects of running a business.
  • Self-starter with high motivation.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills for lead generation.
  • Advanced presentation and persuasive skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills.
