Sales and Business Growth Specialist

As a key member of the QuiQia team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
Job Description:- Collaborate with senior team members to identify and manage risks that impact business expansion.
- Establish relationships with potential customers through targeted outreach efforts.
- Maintain a database of prospective clients and source new business leads.
- Generate appointments for Sales Managers and the Business Development team.
- Understand client needs by communicating with existing and new clients.
- Present services in a structured professional manner.
- Nurture long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers via phone calls.
- Cold call multiple potential clients, close sales, and work with clients throughout the closing process.
- Work with sales and leadership teams to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
- Meet or exceed annual sales goals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Participate in sales goal planning, forecasting, and short-term and long-term business development plans with management.
- Innovate and oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
- Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
- Offer solutions and support to clients by answering questions and making follow-up calls.
- Draft various business reports.
- Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Sales experience within the service sales industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Target-driven; focused on results.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and convincing power.
- Experience in project management and sales aspects of running a business.
- Self-starter with high motivation.
- Strong customer service and sales skills for lead generation.
