Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and optimize existing ones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

Sales Promotions and Customer Service
  • Design and execute sales promotions and marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring and evaluating food quality, service standards, and customer preferences.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through regular communication and support from Restaurant Managers.

Financial Management and Performance Metrics
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Establish and maintain effective controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business success.
