Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide technical support to customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email or in-person.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  • Conduct product training for customers, helping them to maximize the use of our products.
  • Create detailed reports on post-sales activities and provide feedback to the product development team.
  • Collaborate with various teams (e.g., sales, product development) to address customer needs and improve the product.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales or Marketing, Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Post-Sales Engineer or similar role in customer support.
  • Strong technical background with excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
