At ASK Development Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Premises Support Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Installation and Troubleshooting: Install and troubleshoot telephone lines, internet connections, and IPTV services.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to telecommunication systems and technologies.
- DAE Qualification: A degree in Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering is preferred.
- Age Limit: Must be under 35 years old.
- Location: Based in Lahore, with the ability to commute or relocate.
