Examination Management Position

Job Overview:

The Examination Administration Manager oversees the planning, scheduling, and administration of all examinations conducted by the university.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Examination Planning and Scheduling: Plan, schedule, and administer all examinations, including midterm exams, final exams, and other assessments.
  2. Compliance and Accreditation: Ensure compliance with university policies, academic regulations, and accreditation standards related to examination procedures and grading practices.
  3. System Management: Manage the implementation and maintenance of examination management systems, including exam scheduling software, student registration systems, and online assessment platforms.
  4. Question Paper Setting: Coordinate the process of question paper setting, review, and approval to ensure the quality, relevance, and fairness of examination questions.
  5. Exam Invigilation: Supervise exam invigilation, seating arrangements, and security protocols to prevent cheating and maintain the integrity of the examination process.
  6. Result Processing: Oversee the timely and accurate processing of examination results, including data entry, verification, and generation of transcripts and grade reports.
  7. Grade Calculation: Ensure accurate calculation of grades, GPA, and class rankings in accordance with established grading policies and academic regulations.
  8. Record Maintenance: Maintain comprehensive records of examination results, student transcripts, and other relevant documents in compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
  9. Student Support: Provide support and guidance to students regarding examination procedures, academic regulations, and related matters.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. A bachelor or master's degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
  2. High-ranking retired personnel from Army, DMG & Police Group are welcome to apply.
  3. At least 7-10 years of experience in examination management or academic administration, preferably in a higher education setting.
  4. Strong understanding of examination policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  5. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
