
ICT Business Development Lead

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the growth of ICT business in Pakistan and the Middle East region through strategic partnerships with professional engineers and consultants.
- Identify potential clients and gather data for major accounts in Pakistan and the Middle East.
- Data mine and shortlist potential accounts.
- Negotiate deals with selected clients, set up meetings, and manage business communications.
This position requires strong marketing and sales expertise, experience in IT operations, and familiarity with telecommunications data services.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain client relationships until services are delivered and accounts are signed off.
- Oversee customer service provisioning, fault handling procedures, and escalations related to ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on product training and strategy planning for current and future opportunities.
This role demands a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, business maturity, and calmness under pressure.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business or IT; Master's preferred.
- Two certifications required from CISSP, CISA, CCSP, CCNP, MCSE, Security, ITIL, or PMP.
Skills: Strong marketing and sales background, experience in IT operations, telecommunications data services, project management, vendor management, good computer literacy, and deployment experience.
