Job Title: Senior Piping Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned piping professional to spearhead piping design, analysis, and installation projects.

The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in piping engineering, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in FEED & Detail Engineering in the Oil and Gas sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and finalizing piping related deliverables, preparing data sheets, tie-in procedures, and pipe supports, as well as performing pipe stress calculations and assisting in procurement support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review and finalize piping related deliverables, including plot plans, piping layouts, isometrics, and design basis.
  2. Prepare data sheets for valves and special items.
  3. Develop tie-in procedures, critical line lists, and tie-in schedules and sketches.
  4. Perform and review pipe stress calculations.
  5. Assist in identifying critical lines requiring pipe stress analysis and review line lists to ensure adequate criticality.
  6. Experience in performing stress analysis for various systems, including metallic, FRP/HDPE piping, and cryogenic piping.
  7. Prepare pipe supports, including detailed drawings and schedules.
  8. Participate in procurement support, including preparation of data sheets, MRs, TBEs, and vendor doc reviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (minimum).
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in FEED & Detail Engineering in the Oil and Gas sector.
  • Strong knowledge of piping codes and standards, best engineering practices.
  • Proficiency in drafting and analysis software, including AutoCAD, MicroStation, Navisworks, and CAESAR-II.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
